Unlock Hard Mode:

Beat the area once.

Unlock Hardest Mode:

Beat the game once.

Unlock Albedo:

Defeat Albedo in Hardest mode.

Unlock Lupus Feralis:

Defeat Darkstar in Hardest mode.

Unlock Mr. Smoothy:

Defeat Mr. Smothy in Hardest mode.
