Sadly HBK isn't on there. Wrestlemania 2000 doesn't have any unlockables (as I'm aware of). He may have been on WCW or one of those other leagues. Sorry man
Indeed you can. To unlock the "Sexy Boy", you must win every single match up until wrestlemania, this includes the royal rumble. After defending the WWF championship, Shawn Michaels will come out and challenge you to a match. If you beat him, you will unlock him.
