Unless you can find codes for it, you can't.

These Pokemon can only be obtained by getting them off the Gameboy games.I am very sorry for this being no want you wanted to here but that is how it goes.

You can't get them without the game game unless you use game shark codes.

Only trade from PKMN Gold/Silver/Crystal.
