If you've ever been to the giant statue of Hitler(or whoever he is, but it looks like Hitler to me), that's where you meet him. Just stand there awhile and shoot any guards that come along, and eventually Janus will show up with some body guards, there wearing black and DON'T SHOOT THEM WHEN YOU SEE THEM or they'll kill you before you even meet Janus. They sort-of start out as white dots on the screen from some kinda reflection.

Just constantly search high hilltops. He (or she I'm not really sure) will usually show up while your back is turned. Whenever I do this level he or she is always there when I turn around. Off topic:This level is my mental picture of Gettysburg.

Well, first you have to talk to Valentin in the big dumpster by the tank. He will tell you where Janus will meet you. After you talk to Valentin, leave the dumpster and go to the left,. Walk past the tank, and stay along the wall at the right. Keep going that way and you will see the statue. You must stand directly in front of Lenin's statue (the one with the guy holding his arm up-it's the only one there) and Janus will come out with four guards. Then you will confront him.
