First you have to get to the helicopter before the timer hits 2 minutes and then get Nataly away from the helicopter and wait till it blows up then go down the hill and you will see an orange object wich is the flight recorder.

There is one part I left out on my last answer is that when you get back to the gate you will see people around Nataly so you have to kill the two men on both sides of her and then the other men just only shoot at you so kill those guys after yo kill the other two guys that will kill her.

Plus the guys only appear after getting the flight recorder.

The flight data recorder in the 'Statue Park' mission can be found down the hill from the helicopter, in the area where the statues begin to
