How to get the Boar Tusk

The Boar Tusk in Nier Replicant ver. 1.22474487139 is an important item you need to obtain as it will allow you to fast travel in the game. In order to obtain the Boar Tusk you will need to complete the Boar Hunt! Side quest which involves hunting and killing a wild boar in the Norther Plains. You can pick up the Boar Hunt! Side quest from the old villager sitting on a crate at the northern end of the shopping district in the Northern Plains and you will have to then travel west to the entrance of The Aerie to find the boar.

The easiest way in which to kill the boar when you find it is to stay behind a boulder and wait for it to charge into the rock. When it crashes into the rock it will become dazed, at this moment you need to come out from behind the rock and inflict some damage before it regains it's senses. As soon as it has regained it's faculties you need to hide behind the rock again. Keep repeating this process until you have killed the boar, once the boar has been killed you will automatically pick up the Boar Tusk item. If you return to the villager in the shopping district who gave you the Boar Hunt! Side quest he will reward you 1,000 gold.
