Full Review for Need for Speed Underground 2 by robobobbo

Introduction

Hi,

I purchased this game about 6 months ago from the amazing website that is Ebay! I got it very cheap as I wasn't really sure whether paying full price would be worth it (especially being a student!). The game is amazing and is a must have for everyone!

Graphics

Not bad from a graphics point of view - amazing variety of visual tuning and therefore good graphics compliment it well. The cars all look realisic and are fully tuneable so you can customise your car to the max! Better graphics than most current racing games that I have played.

Sound

One of the highlights of this game for me really. Amazing music and a huge variety to choose from. If you dont like a tune you can edit it from your playlist and never hear it again - like wise if there is a song that you love then you can have it played everywhere you go!!!

Gameplay

Absolutly class gameplay. I have found absolutly no problems what-so -ever with the play of the game and it all runs so smoothly... No other racing game that I have experienced is so well set-up and layed out. This game recognises that you are there for action rather than just scrolling through endless menus!

Lastability

Good for a game to get you hooked! Just the right lenght and difficulty aswell so completing it is the ultimate goal. I have had the game for 6 months now and have only just completed it but do bare in mind that I have very little experience of racing games (I tend to play them for a while but never really get the hang of them because of either fustration or boredom!)

Overall

My favourite game ever to be released on PS2 so what else am I going to say?! Like I said available cheap on Ebay and a class game aswell. A must for EVERYBODY who owns a PS2. But seriously if you have never played this game you should look into it. Racing games arnt normally my sort of game (Found boring after a while!) but this one most ceratinly is!
