Kombat: Onslaught Cheats and Tips

The following cheats and tips will help your game progression in Kombat: Onslaught.

  • Complete Story Quests

It is essential that you spend time in the story quests so that you can afford upgrades and pulls to enhance your team so you maximize their chances of being successful in arena games against real players and also Boss Towers where you keep ascending and fighting to prove your might and earn even more valuable rewards.

  • Focus on your 5-Star Champion

During the tutorial stages of Mortal Kombat: Onslaught you are guaranteed a 5-star character with your first pull. It is essential that you invest your resources in building this champion as it could be a while before you get another 5-star character.

Until you do get another 5-star character that you like better powering up your initial 5-star character is a must for the mid and end game as lower-tier characters are unusable.

  • Complete Daily Quests for Free Gold and XP

Make sure you complete the Daily quests as these are the biggest single source of obtaining upgrading materials you can get without having to spend real money. Simply logging in daily will enable you to collect 20,000 gold and 7,000 character experience points free.

  • Don't Waste Upgrade Materials

Resist the temptation of wasting resources obtaining common/uncommon characters in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught because as you progress in the game getting your hands on upgrade materials becomes increasingly more difficult. Only invest in high-tier characters you intend on keeping and using in the arenas and story mode.

  • Pay Attention to Affinity

There are three affinities in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught and it determines how the characters are going to be strong and how they become weak. This means you need to pay attention to them. The affinities are as follows:

    - Body is weak against Mind

    - Mind is weak against Spirit

    - Spirit is weak against Body

  • Redeem Codes for Rewards

These are currently NO valid codes you can redeem in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught to receive rewards. As soon as NetherRealm Studios, the developer of the game releases any we will add them to this article.

Game Modes

There are currently three different game modes in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught that you play. These are Story mode, Arena, and Boss Towers. Each of the modes has a different incentive to play it so you will need to play all three consecutively to progress in the game.

  • Story Mode:

Story mode is a linear progression of levels that follows Scorpion, the protagonist during the early stages of the game as you reveal the story within the Mortal Kombat universe.

  • Arena:

In the arena, you compete against other players by engaging in combat against the defensive team of an enemy of the same rank. Winning will grant rank points needed to rank up and when you reach a certain rank you will receive rewards.

  • Boss Towers:

This mode in Mortal Kombat: Onslaught is about obtaining the armor and other gears it drops. Each boss tower has tiers which determines how tough the boss fight will be. Unlike story mode rewards in this mode are limited, there are a maximum of 40 potions to be used and each run takes 10 potions and 1 regenerates every 15 mins.
