Merge Mansion is a free-to-play mobile puzzle adventure game that is a merge matching game set in a mansion. You play as Maddie, a young woman moving into her grandmother's mansion and your objective is to clean up the mansion and its adjacent gardens by using the merging mechanics to craft the tools needed to start renovations on the estate to reveal secrets of the family's adventurous past. Don't Ignore Cobwebbed Objects
Make sure you don't ignore the objects on the board that are covered in cobwebs and appear inactive as these items can be unlocked by merging them with active items of the same tier. You will not be able to move the cobwebbed objects until they have been activated therefore to free up as much space as possible it is recommended that you try and get these objects active as soon as possible.
Prioritize Tasks
Once the board starts getting cluttered with objects you need to begin prioritizing the items you spend your Energy points on, ideally on the ones that will help you to complete the tasks at hand. Ignore items you don't need right now to save your Energy points and keep the board as clear as possible for merging activities. Keep in mind that whenever you use a particular item to complete a task it will disappear from the board.
Use Chests to Complete Tasks
Whenever you level up in Merge Mansion you will unlock three Boosters which you can then take advantage of while merging your board. Boosters come in the form of Chests and their contents, particularly the Brown Chests will be needed to complete certain tasks during the game.
Keep in mind that it takes time to open up a Chest, so you won't be able to take advantage of it's contents instantly. Chests can also be earned during the game by completing tasks, and you can merge them in order to obtain higher-tier ones that will contain more useful objects. One thing you need to remember with Chests is you will not be able to choose which Booster you use next, the Chests are offered up for use in the order in which you collected them.

How to get Bonus Energy Points
As you complete the various tasks in Merge Mansion you will be rewarded with XP which comes in the form of little blue stars. The more complex the task the more XP you will earn. It is important that you earn XP as it is needed to level up, this will occur once you have gathered the certain amount of XP and unlock the Boosters which are essential for progression.
Gathering XP in Merge Mansion is a slow process but one thing you can do to speed things up is to craft upper-level objects on the board which will also yield small blue stars. These XP stars can also be merged and if you manage to merge enough you can collect bonus Energy points.

Uncover Permanent Source Items
Begin by uncovering as many permanent source items as you can as their purpose is to drop other items on the board. Most of the items on the board have the potential to become a permanent source item if merged up enough. Once you have unlocked some permanent source items you will be able to start producing the items required for tasks.

| How do I get yarn |
| Max out the moth that comes from the lamp that you get from the car. The maxed moth will have a lighting bolt that gives you the items needed to get yarn. Like happens with the chests, the maxed moth will disappear after you have extracted all the yarn. |
| How do I get logs |
| Logs come from a sapling seed found in one of the chests. Once the tree is max merged, it will show the lighting bolt that will allow you to get logs. Merge the logs to the max and those will give you furniture beginning with stool. However, only one per maxed logs. Then the logs reduce back one and you have to merge them again to get another stool. |
| Is anyone else unable to merge brown chests and fancy blue chests. |
| No, that still works fine. After the last update, it does seem impossible to get the former max out of the chests though. Once you open one - and take 9 or 11 items - then merge with another opened chest, it only gives you 9 or 11 extra. No more. |
| How do I get the flowers for the maze? |
| The blossoming bush will give you the plant of ghe maze |
| How do I get the log |
| They come from a tree that I don’t remember how I got. It gives one log that needs merged into another to create two logs which needs merged into another two logs and so on until it turns into four logs. This creates a stool. But this is where I have issues. Once I acquire the stool the logs disappear. I don’t know how to keep them |
