Introduction

Megaman Zero 4 is the final game in the Zero series for the Gameboy Advance, and in my opinion, was a great game.
The beginning of the game starts out with an attack on a human caravan, trying to escape from the now corrupt human utopia city, Neo Arcadia(Neo Arcadia was taken over by the criminal mastermind, Dr. Weil, who was driven from Neo Arcadia years ago, but when Zero and Ceil defeated the leader of Neo Arcadia, the Doctor came back, and took control of the city and it's resources.) Dr. Weil has sent a platoon of Mavericks to kill the escapees...until Zero and Ceil come to the rescue! Zero enters the scene by destroying a group of enemies before they can even react to him. From there, you take control of Zero, and start the game. After reaching half-way through the first level, a massive ship of some kind appears from the desert, where Zero proceeds to destroy it. This is where you fight the first boss in the game, a real push over, really. After the boss, Zero and Ceil meet with Neige, a human from the fleeing caravan, and then the game really begins...

Graphics

Not much has changed in the Graphics from this series of Megaman....There are some kinds of 3D-ish graphics(I suppose) in the game, but it's basically all 2D. Netherless, 2D is what makes up the fun of Megaman as a classic, side-scolling shooter/action game. I have to give it a 8/10

Sound

A good bit of the sounds are the same as the previous Megaman Zero games, but the soundtrack was really good in my opinion. Best songs in the game? Probably the Area Zero level background music, the Craft Battle background music, or the final boss track, Falling Down. I have to give Sound a 9/10, mainly for music.

Gameplay

I'll admit it now, I'm a sucker for games like this, always have and always will be. This game is just too much fun to put down. Rip enemies weapons from their hands with the Zero Knuckle, blast them apart with the Buster, or chop 'em all up with the classic Z-Saber, which never gets old. Also, the system of using the Zero Knuckle was a great idea, in my opinion, because it gives access to a multitude of weapons rather than the 3 listed above. Almost every enemy has a weapon you can steal from them, even all the way up to using parts of their body as killing machines. 10/10, hands down.

Lastability

With the concept of a Beginner Mode for the younger players or first time players, and all the way up to Ultimate Mode for the masters of the game, the final Megaman Zero game for the GBA can be enjoyed by all. I have played through this game multiple times on Ultimate Mode just because I can't get enough of it. Something different happens every time. I find new ways to beat bosses, or I challenge myself by using only the Zero Knuckle to beat a level. Also, with Mini-Games to play, you really can't get bored fast with this game, unless you just can't stand Megaman.

Overall

Overall, I give this game a 9/10. I had a blast with this game, and I think I will continue to enjoy this game for a long time, until I've revealed every secret there is to this game. With 51 enemy parts to collect, an estimate of 30 chips to create, and 21 Cyber-Elf Abilities to gain(3 at a time), this game will keep you busy for quite sometime. If you play this game, I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did!

Final Score: 92%
