Coin Shop Upgrades

There are a plethora of food and Training upgrades available via the shop menu.

Food and Training tasks are unlocked as you reach a certain trainer rank, then you have to purchase them with coins to be able to use them in the game.

Once purchased you then need to upgrade them, again with coins, to make them more effective. The more upgrades the more coins you will need to use.

I would probably skip purchasing some of the Training and food items and save some cash for some of the more expensive items. However you may find it difficult or even find it takes longer to do it this way. We would be interested in your feedback from your own experiences which you can put in the comments section below.

How do you do it? Do you unlock everything and upgrade everything? Or are you more selective.
