Question for The Sims 4

So when I log into origin and try to play sims it won't allow me I have a MacBook and though all my problem would be sorted after I get this computer(all worked before but after the new update everything wet wrong). The weird thing is it says it's unable to start because of some custom content I have and this custom content has noter done this before. Ive tried everything I could and it will not work I've tried to take the "corrupted" content out but it's never ending. Ive repaired the gamed countless many of times and I've taken all the content out of the folder and put it back in I'm al a loss here. But I really love this game and wish that It would work I've spent countless amount of money and just wish I could work.  ik this won't be answered because it's too long but helppppp
