As you interacts with a mysterious dealer in a dark cabin, you will find further secrets that expose more of the history of the fictional Inscryption. Inscryption is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Switch, and PC.

Inscryption Cheats, Tips Strategy

Below is a collection of hints and tips that will help you to progress in the game. These include why you need to make death cards and why the Ouroborus is the most powerful card in the game.

  • Die to make Death Cards

Dying in Inscryption is part of the gaming experience, it is something that needs to continually happen in order for you to succeed as Leshy will purposely play more powerful cards if you advance too quickly.

When you die, you will be able to make a death card. The death card you make will be determined by what cards you have in your hand at the time of your death.

Leshy will pull cards from your deck and let you choose the cost of the card, the health, power, and any sigils. There is always a possibility that you will be able to make a powerful card. The more you lose, the more death cards you will be able to make.

  • The Ouroborus Card

At first glance the Ouroborus looks like a useless card as it starts with one damage and one health. Don't underestimate this card, it bears the unkillable sigil meaning if it dies or is sacrificed, it will return to your hand.

This means it gains one damage and health every time it returns to your hand. If you play your cards right, you can level up your Ouroborus and make it the most powerful card in your deck.

  • Touch Everything

Keep in mind that there are plenty of hidden hints all around Leshy's cabin. Look at the paintings on the wall and try to match up the cards as these are two of the many ways in which you can reveal the hints that will help you win. Lots of objects in the cabin have a purpose so touch everything you can.

  • Use your Items

You will be given several items that you can use in addition to your deck in Acts 1 and 3. Make sure you use these items liberally to get through tough battles. You can get these items back easily quickly so don't hang onto them during battles. Keep in mind some of these items even open up new secrets that you won't find if you don't use them.

  • Read the Rulebook

You will discover that lots of the cards in Inscryption come with Sigils that give them special powers. Make sure you consult your rulebook in order to find out what each of them does. You can jump straight to the page by right-clicking the Sigil on a card.
