You can get the Hear Ye, Hear Ye achievement/trophy by ringing the bell in Estoria 1 (Chapter 1). Shortly after you have left the village in Estoria 1 you will reach a point where you need to rise up 3 large cliff stones using your magic book. Once you accomplish that you will see a big bell in front of you which you need to ring by jumping at the chain of the bell and swinging across.
