Increasing your Gourmet Rank in Kirby's Dream Buffet will not just unlock a new costume but also more colors, stages, and music tracks that can be used for customization of your game. You can also through lots of gameplay unlock Character Treats, which is a cookie based on a characters from the Kirby series which can be displayed on a cake in the game's 'Home Table' menu.
