Interact with Blue Flowers to Increase Health

If during your journey in Kena: Bridge of Spirits you encounter an item that is blue, there is normally a reason. Make sure you investigate to find out what it is by using L1 to pulse beside it, or shoot it (if you have the ability) to see what happens. One blue item in particular you should keep an eye out for are blue flowers that are in full bloom. You will notice these during a boss fight just to the edge of the make-shift arena all around you. Once your Courage meter is maxed out, send out your Rot to those flowers and then by pressing 'Square' on your controller, the Rot will recover the flower for you. This will cause a blue healing light to reach you, which will immediately fill up your health bar.
