You will be able to unlock the bow when you reach the part of the main story where you are in the forest with twins Beni and Saiya searching for their lost brother, Taro. To get the bow you need to find Rusu who lives on top of a nearby mountain which you must climb. This will require travelling some harsh pathways and defeating the enemies that are there, one of which will be Kappa. When you step out the cave after defeating Kappa, you will realize you are near your desired mountain. If you now return to the twin brothers, they will lead you to Rusu who will give you the bow after the end of a cutscene. You will be able to use the bow freely, and it will have infinite arrows, so you will never need to worry about getting ammunition for it.
