Star points are earned by defeating enemies, different enemies give a different amount of points and the earlier enemy waves are triggered the more Star points you will get.

It is important to remember that only a certain amount of friendly units can be brought into play at any one time so make sure you strategically plan which units to use beforehand.

The key to being successful in this game is placement as some bosses and mini-bosses can only deal lots of damage to certain areas. Making sure you are always ready to shift your players around at any given point in the fight is a priority.

When going into battle remember to rearrange your fighters so that your melee defenders are in the front line.

Clerics are healers and it is vital you have at least one in your team as they play an important part in keeping the party alive and in optimum health. The higher a Cleric's level the more units they can heal in one go.

A good strategy is to use just five guardians making sure that the team you put together are not the same type. Have one melee offensive type, one melee defensive type, one or two range, and a healer. Having a balanced team will enable you to respond well to various enemy types and make getting three stars in the 'Hard' level easier.

It is important as you progress through the game that you remember to upgrade your characters skills as you earn stars.
