Revive Tokens
Whenever you finish an episode and enter a Showdown level your revive tokens will automatically be replenished. If you have more than one life and are about to go into a Showdown level make sure you use the extra lives first on the standard levels to rack up extra rings before going into the Showdown level and getting your lives refilled.
