I was sent a new phone because mine was messed up. When I re-installed my game all progress was lost. I was really far in the game and spent a bit on it. I checked iCloud but wasn't there. How do I get it back PLEASE??

If you had Facebook connected to your original game you should be able to reconnect it on your new phone and it should bring over your saved game.
