I can't get the arrow to do anything other than draw back and then return to it's starting position. Have tried pointing it in all directions, have tried guessing a multitude of words. Help!

Point the phone up (to the sky). It will shoot off the screen and reveal a clue. Let me know if you just want the answer
Turn device so that arrow is pointing up, then pull down on arrow and let go.
