The word is "love". Go to the refrigerator and copy the colors of the letters. Move the dials to match those colors on the globe
Open the box in the attic to get the magnet on a string use that on the first floor the get the metal tuning thing out of the grate under the hallway rug and take that to the garage and click on the ear then using the tuning thing there and when the light turns green the door opens
