The paperwork in the Jumper's apartment can be found by searching the dumpster outside the building. There you'll find a key. This will unlock the dresser drawer underneath the answering machine upstairs. Hope this helps!

Already found that one. Should be another somewhere. And how about the high one outside Frank's apartment?

The one outside Frank's apartment will eventually fall to the ground where you can pick it up. Just keep playing.

I have not been able to find the last document at Warwick St. Apts., either. May be a bug in the game.
