What is fun house needed to build for Alexei. Nothing says fun house.

You unlock the fun house at level 12. It costs £190,000 to build which may seem a lot currently, but it will become more manageable as you increase levels and gain more merchants. Upon building the fun house, alexei asks you to complete a series of quests, each separate one giving you a monetary reward.

Try to level up and the house will appear by itself
