Once i did a spin to paris and won 104 gems then i wasted all till 35 gems and i got 100 gems

There is no way. Chance of getting one gem on the one for $$ is only like 1/40 spins

Its not that hard,you just spin, gives you more money, then that means more spins. I once got 50 gems of it once.(the one for $$)
