Why does almost every item on the shop and brewing gallery appear as a question mark?

Why does almost every item on the shop and brewing gallery appear as a question mark? If I brew or buy an item that appears as a question mark it will appear like that in my actual shop too, how can I stop this? With all the candies that have question marks also say underneath where you tap to cook, that it has failed to connect, WHY? My internet connection is perfectly fine so I purely don't understand Could someone please help and give me a hand on how to fix it? Thanks xxx
