How do I sell a boat that's inside the dock? When I click on the bulldozer to sell the boat, it keeps wanting to sell my dock

In the left corner pres the tab that says warehouse there you can sell boats
At the bottom of the screen there are 5 6 icons: one that takes you to the "store area where you can purchase items. Then a boat that takes you to your voyages, a box icon that is for your warehouse, the lost and found box, and 2 more, click the box icon that takes you to the warehouse, there you can sell the boat.
