All you need to do is increase your score multiplier. To increase your multiplier complete missions the higher your multiplier the easier it is to get a higher score

Basically all you have to do is get when you are running your score to be in the 900,000s and then the final add up will get you over 1 million. I did this and it worked.

Collect every coin because they add up you're score and reach you're times meter to 30 you get more score for less time running also avoid super boots they end up launching you in front of a train when you jump buy hover boards they help when you get nearly to a mill
I did this and got 1,750,472 nearly two mill not using any hacks or Cheats just doing this strategy.
