What do I dress upcmy girl in for the princess theme?

I've heard people using the short pink poofy dress, a blue dress with slits in it, or a long white dress. Almost everybody says use heels&white gloves and a handbag. Although I will also say that I've tried these and multiple other options but have not been able to receive even one star...

When dressing Alexis the princess always put her in yellow, gold, white or lace gloves, a crown, and light makeup. Also she has to have multiple pigtails!!

Dress her in:
- this white top that has a blue criss-cross going across it
- the long white skirt
- the pink heels that have a buckle
- the gold sparkly clutch (signature item)
- and the make-up that comes with a beauty spot
And finally the white lace gloves

That's how I got 3 stars! Hope this helps

Golden hair (up-do)
Blue eyes
Thick black eye-lashes
Gold hoop earrings
Gold and silver bracelets
Gold and silver spiral bracelet
Dark silver necklace with locked heart pendant
Short lace gloves
White bow
White top with green criss-crossed ribbon around the bodice
Long white skirt
White heels

I found that level generally easy. This is quite a cheap style but it's worth it.
Dress. Long blue ball gown with see through bits near your foot.
NO SHIRT
Legs. Wear the fishnets with bows on the top.
Feet. Wear the purple heels that came with the game.
Hair. For hair use any long blonde hair. I suggest the hair from the fairy tale theme (long and blond with side fringe and black bobble thing)
Eyes. Use icy blue eyes.
Makeup. Use the blue stars that came with the game.
Accessories. Necklace with a rainbow charm, short white lacy gloves, bracelet that came with the game and also a golden signature clutch purse or the British flag one.
