To evolve a card you need to have two cards of the same exact rank, the you go to "my cards" in the bottom right corner in that on the right it will say evolve then click evolve. You also have to be a certain level to start evolving. In the evolve are it will show you a list of cards that you have double of. Click on that card and then click on the evolver card and then you will have to wait for the card to evolve
