Everyday when I log in to get my snoopy bucks it always ask tell me account+connection is required. And never give me the snoopy bucks. Why?!?

I played for 70 straight days, I should have gotten my 5 snoopy money but where is I? I didnt receive the money
You he to have an Internet connection and you have to have logged in to the bit where you add friends and then you will get your snoopy bucks
