Save your smurfberries from levling up. A fast way to progress to the next level is to plant lots of pumpkins and corn change the clock in settings and repeat.
CRAZY! Careful - don't over-work the clock changing habit too much. Papa smurf warned me that he is "disappointed" that I am overworking the smurfs by changing the clock - and warned me that a smurf will leave the village if I continue. Sure enough when I set the clock back to the correct time right after that, I lost 1 smurf. I hate Beeline for doing that... Not cool at all. Why do they care if I change the clock and get coins faster. Makes me WANT to play more... Idiots.
