My planes and jets move slow and turns I get g force like crazy

When I fly any planes or jets every air craft moves so slow it's it's like flying. A B 17 bomber in a dog fight and any real turns I make I get g force black out,,, when I try speeding up at any time I get engine failure, my opponents move like the star ship Enterprise and their turns are quick and continuous and still wipe out their target,,,,,,ME, especially with their weapons , what am I doing wrong , I thought it was my old IPad now I have the IPad 2 and I still see no difference,
Can you help thanks

When you are speeding up you must be using the boost, because if you use that too much, the engines will overheat and temporarily shut down. Hope this helped
