Sim city build it/ how do you plant the seeds? Or get the vegetables?
It says seeds need water and sunlight. But can't figure out how to plant them. Also too upgrade your buildings you need vegetables. I'm assuming you have to plant the seeds.

You don't need to plant the seeds or anything. What you need is the farmers market which us unlocked upon reaching level 8. Once you have the farmers market, you need two seeds, and you drag the items to the box titled empty.

You get the vegetables from the Farmers market, that you build, the seeds for the vegetables are produces in the fractures.

You can either buy them in the global market or produce them yourself in your factory. You would have to get to a certain level to produce seeds (I forgot which one).
