I found an easiest way to kill ceaserlion..
Time to time he moves from left to right. So all you have to do is when he is at right side stand parallel to him at extreme left.this way you will avoid his sickel. Now just attack him with mage power.if you try to go behind him you will be kicked but don't worry. U will not lose your hp.
