The three Teams in Pokemon GO are Team Instinct, Team Mystic, and Team Valor.
Team Instinct is led by the Trainer known as Spark, believing intuition and instincts of both Trainers and Pokemon. They are symbolized by the Legendary Bird Zapdos and the color yellow.
Team Mystic is led by Blanche, believing in the wisdom Pokemon have. They are symbolized by the Legendary Bird Articuno and the color blue.
Finally, the Team Valor is led by Candela and believe in the strength of man and Pokemon. They are symbolized by Moltres and the color red.
