Breed your highest level frogs, then change date to the future. When they are done growing, sell them.
First pick a frog and go to the pond with it. Once your there eat the really big dragonflies. These will give you 10 XP points for every dragonfly you eat. But remember it's only the huge ones, the small and medium ones only up you happiness.
Breed frogs you get the same amount of XP as how many coins it was to breed them
