How do you play with a animal?

I got really stuck with this aswell but the best thing to do is to add all the toys for that animal into your inverntory, then go to the animals pen and one by one drag the toys to the animal and it will like one of them.

Actually the way you do it is to put the toy in the grassy area!!

U let the animal out first, then while it in the yard, you pull up you're inventory box and then drag the toy in the yard. It will either like it or not. If it doesn't pay attention, then you could drag the toy to him.

Take the dog outside and drop the toy there

I got stuck on that for ages but then I got an app card with £15 on it, I bought all the different pets but if you want to get past that you need to buy either the cat the dog or the horse. That's the only way you can get past it.

Hi, I was very confused as well when my children came running up to me with my iPad saying, "Mummy! How do give the toys to the animals?" I had a look and discovered that if you open the door to the outside play pen and step back your animal will go outside (you can do this with multiple animals at the same time). Then place the correct toy in the yard and the animal will chase the toy. The animal will then get more points in certain areas. Thanks again

What you do is:

1. Open the box for your dog, cat, or horse to go outside
2. Make sure you have the correct toy for that species
3. Open your inventory and place the toy in the outside enclosure
4. Drag the toy around, and your pet will follow

If you do not want to play with them anymore, simply
A. Stop moving the toy and let them get to it or
B. Drag the toy and they will get it

Every time I actually do get the toy to go outside I don't know what I'm even doing it's Probabaly just a glitch in the game

Go to the supply room and grab a toy. Then, go to the animals pen. Let them outside. After that, drag the toy into the outdoor encoulsure. Your animals will play with the toy then ;)
