I am wondering this as well and can't find answers anywhere.

First you need to go visit a friends house, when in a friends room you then click on the cardboard box ( same one for shopping) next to the message envelope. Then click the blue pet button, at the bottom of the options. You can then choose the option to use Free Auto Visit or purchase one for $2 Green cash, it allows you to visit 60 neighbors in one click, instead of visiting them individually. It's a one click option
