I expanded my farm to 12x12 but I did this before the “Master’s Quest” told me to expand by 8x8, 9x9 and so forth. How can I complete those quests now that I cannot shrink my farm to expand again?

Well I'm sorry youre out of luck because you can't I suggest that you restart to complete those quests and if you don't want to just don't do the quests
