How do I make my baby get older, cause it always staying at 3 months old

You have to keep playing the game and let the days go by. There's nothing you can do to make the baby grow faster.
You're not waiting quite long enough. Believe me, when it does grow older, the baby is not as much fun because it does gross things and is obstinate--not as lovable anymore. You do get more objects tho, and clothes for it. But I think the baby is ugly. I wish they had made it more likable.
