First of all, it has to be a mature (4 stars) monster. Then you go to the view of the whole shop. You tap and hold the monster you want to put in the window. Buttons will appear. Click on the one that has the outline of a monster with a star in it. Just because it is in the window does not mean it does not need taken care of, just so you know.
