So, I spun the lottery wheel for my random item and my prize was colour paste. I've looked through the tabs but I can't seem to figure out where it is or what it is used for. If anyone can let me know the answer to either or both of these questions it would be much appreciated.

You'll find it when you bathe your monster an it will change it's colour.
Go to the washing place and there will be a tab for that next to soap
You have to give your monster a bath and then select the dropper tab. You will see to kinds of dyes. One is for turning your monsters details (tail, stripes, eyes, etc) different colours and one is for turning the main body colour. If you press and bottle colour then press the tiny "i" button on the lower right hand corner of the bottles image, you can see what will change colour and what it will change into, press the bottles image again to select it.
