How do I chage the driving controls

It's a problem trying to turn the ipad constantly,is their any sort of cheat or solution to the controls problem

You can't change the settings I suggest getting an ipod or deal with it

You can change your controls for this game go to options on the game and toggle it by touching once under use tilt control check mark will show green if yes hit it again to make the grey check mark which means no.
