Alright, I'm not a noobie at this game but I always get confused by one thing. I'm playing a match and there are two different players but they both have the same level. One of them has the symbol of an eagle with stars and the other one has the, as I would say, "normal" rank. Are those with the eagle+stars hackers or something?

Well that eagle with stars means that the person has reached level 90 and has prestiged

In Modern Combat3 for Ipad, Why some people they are in Rank 50 and less but they have all weapons?
Just one of them was really fast and had unlimited ammo!?
