How do you get out of training day the range after you have emptied all of your ammo

The only way you can leave the training area is by quitting.
Once you get to the range you have completed the game. I was confused at first also, they should change that part around.
I believe it's to get to know the different guns. If you didn't get to experience them through the campaign, you can check them out here so you can figure out which one you like best and take it with you into multiplayer.
