I'm going to change my phone to another android one and badly need to restore my mini militia achievements.How can I do it without losing my rank and battle points!

In the new phone,select the login option and enter your mail id...then you will need to enter the passcode sent to you're mail by the app manufacturer and then select submit....
I linked my mini militia account with my Facebook but unfortunately my Facebook account was hacked and I can’t restore my rank. Pls what can I do ??
