How do I transfer my data over if I don't know my password?

I have completed two routes and I really wish to not lose what I have gained.

To transfer data, just go to the title page of the game on the device that already has your data and scroll down to the end where it mentions transfer. Then click on the link and create a password. Finally just put the transfer code listed and the password you created. Hope this helped :3
