How do you ask your alliance for help during the game
I keep getting requests for help from other members of my alliance but I don't know how to ask them for help?

If you take place in any of the versus matchups, a character will have a 2 hour recharge time after the battle.
Selecting this character again will show you a box that will either ask for 5 units to recharge it or will allow you to ask for help.
Alternatively when you are out of quest energy and on a quest it will prompt you to ask for help or use item to refill energy.
