Well, there is no real cheat, so you'll just have to keep trying to buy the premium hero crystals.
It seems that the game doesn't want you to get the Hulk, I was spinning for it and I landed the Hulk, but the game suddenly changed the spin and spun once more, landing me with the much less desired prize of the Winter Soldier.
I guess all there really is is to keep trying the crystals until you land it. The Hulk is epic...I still haven't managed to get one yet either. We're all in the same boat.

I've gotten 6 of the two star hulks a one star and a three star you just have to keep doing the crystals

The game is rigged, I have opened over 7000 crystal (Ranked 65 in this field)and just kept getting 2 star duplicates, when I complained the game creators saw to it that I got a useless 3 star scarlett witch.The game is set up to fill their pockets with money, do not waste your time buying crystals because you have very little chance of a 4 star hero even after purchase
